Gift certificates ordered online or by phone are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, in a large manila envelope.

No, any remaining balance on the gift certificate will be reissued as a new gift certificate.
No, gift certificates do not expire. However, special gift vouchers that are a part of a promotion or donation do have an expiration date, which is printed on the card.
Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount you desire. ($25 increments online)
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If one is lost, there is no way to replace it.
